Yes, we are able to work with NDIS participants when they are self funded.

No, you do not need a referral from your GP. You can simply book an appointment with us by contacting us. However, if you will need a refferal from a GP if you are going to claim a medicare rebate, or if you are receiving treatment under an Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan.

Rebates are available through private health insurance provided you have an appropriate level of cover. We will provide an invoice upon completion of each session for you to claim through your provider.
We also accept Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plans which are provided by your GP. We will issue an invoice which you can then claim back through Medicare.
We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS patients. Please check your NDIS plan to see if you are self-managed or plan managed.

We accept cash and direct bank transfer. We will provide an invoice after payment has been received which you can use to claim back from your private health fund or Medicare and NDIS.

Yes, you can still book an appointment. In the first appointments, we are able to assess your child to determine what their needs are, and work with you to developed a tailored treatment plan for their individual needs.

An initial assessment will last up to 1 hour, while follow up appointments generally take 30 mins.
Longer sessions are available upon request and based on your child’s needs.

Your child should wear comfortable, loose clothes, suitable for physical activity. Shoes may be necessary for outdoor physiotherapy.

Yes, we offer mobile physio services. We can see your child at schools, day care centres and creches depending on appointment availability.
